Funny Cartoon with a Serious Message: Don’t Leave Your Customer High And Dry

Although this may seem like just another funny cartoon, unfortunately this is all too familiar a situation for most of us. When we call customer service and we’re put on hold again and again, we really do feel like it’ll never end. That being said, with so many new ways to provide an enhanced and efficient customer service, the concept of waiting on hold of excessive amounts of time should have been extinct by now. So why isn’t it? Why does it seem like it takes a lifetime of listening to elevator music in order to actually talk to someone?

While this is in the process of improving, nothing happens overnight. By incorporating new ideas such as live chat, when you can chat with a representative online, and other innovative ideas such as do-it-yourself apps, we expect that in the near future we can ensure that hopefully most people won’t turn into skeletons while on hold. In the meantime though, we will continue to create satirical cartoons representing how agonizing waiting on hold is.
