iCIMS Recognized for Extraordinary Customer Care Site

America’s leading Business Awards Program has Recognized iCIMS for Extraordinary Customer Care Site & Introduction of Platform Consultants that Support Company’s Customer Service Excellence. The leading SaaS provider takes home another award for its second-to-none customer service experience and this caught my eye!

I just had to report on it.

What stuck out to me was that similar to iCIMS’ Talent Platform, the iCARE Customer Support Site was redesigned with usability and user experience best practices in mind, making it easy for customers to find all the information they need. The online environment features greater imagery, simplified navigation, and streamlined content while focusing on training, products, partners, and better user interaction. Since the September launch, page views are up and the average engagement increased 100% – both backed by customer feedback related to the content and design of the new site.

It seems to be the year for customer care in the customer service world.  I am very impressed by iCIMS. They have been recognized by several major Earlier this year, the company was awarded with the Bronze Stevie® Award for “Customer Service Department of the Year” in the Computer Software field. Very soon after the exciting Stevie Awards win, iCIMS made it to the top three ranking in HRO Today magazine’s “Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Talent Management Software,” a coveted customer satisfaction survey.

One to watch? I think so!
