Video: Customer Service Lessons from Krispy Kreme

Good customer service matters a lot when it comes to winning the heart of the customer. In this short video, Jia Jiang, takes us through a one-of-a-kind customer service experience he received from Jackie who works for Krispy Kreme (Texas). Although Jia makes a crazy request, Jackie being a good CSR shows that she can indeed deliver. Several things I really loved about this video:

(1)It is taken without Jackie’s attention and this provides a perfect platform for one to analyze her true character

(2)It’s a nice story that will leave you enthralled and informed

With 5 million + views, this video provides a perfect example of how customer service needs to be offered.
