When You Try to Fix Your Lightsaber

Even in a Galaxy Far Far Away people need customer service… Whenever we face a problem operating a product,  we call customer service in order to speak with professionals.  We expect them to treat us with respect, tolerance and provide us an excellent service. Unfortunately, more often than not we experience poor customer service. Big part of that poor service is customer support representatives making us feel bad for not being able to solve the problems on our own.

In this video by RapidResultsNZ, we can see an excellent example for what service provider should NOT be doing, Star Wars style. We meet  Veyder, who calls the help desk in order to operate his Lightsaber.  Let’s just say the representative doesn’t even try to learn the caller’s name, and even we know it.
