What is the best news you’ve heard all week?  Well, I’ve heard a lot of great and interesting news so I thought I would share with you.  I’ve been reading a lot about the customer experience and I agree that its vital to the customer being loyal to your brand for a lifetime!  Other aspects are vital too, that ultimately enable the experience to be perfect!
