Good customer service matters a lot when it comes to winning the heart of the customer. In this short video, Jia Jiang, takes us through a one-of-a-kind customer service experience he received from Jackie who works for Krispy Kreme (Texas). Although Jia makes a crazy request, Jackie being a good CSR shows that she can indeed deliver. Several things I really loved about this video:
