4 simple rules for customer success!

  • Listen! This is basics…if you don’t understand someone’s needs, then it is very hard to know whether or not the service would be a good fit.
  • Ask questions. As experts both on our service and the Backend as a Service space in general, we can the users need and requirements and help users with the breadth of experience we are able to bring to a conversation (“had you considered coding your app this way?”), and learn what challenges customers are coming across.

  • Be responsive. When a customer is relying on our service it is very important that we are there to assist them just as we expect that our vendors be there when needed to assist us.
  • Be thankful. Its simple.  Say thank you, and the customer feels appreciated!  Gratitude goes a long way!
